Public Records Detail Commissioner Winton's Airport Altercation

In a story released by Gary Fineout and research editor Monika Leal of the Miami Herald, police records help explain the story about City Commisioner Winton's actions at MIA two nights ago.
5:48
Commissoner Winton and a Texas man, Karl Folckemer, open a bar tab at Altitudes Bar (Concourse A) after American Airlines announces a flight delay due to weather.
Bar Tab
7 Glasses of Mondavi Pinot Grigio Wine
Four beers
Side shots: Knob Creek whiskey &
Disaronno amaretto liqueur.
Total: $130.26 - includes $20 tip.
7:30
Folckemer complains about weather delay and AA not offering a hotel stay. Commissioner Winton steps in and says it is within Folckemer's rights to argue with the AA agents. Police are called to gate and Winton is eventually handcuffed and escorted, but not before fighting with police and falling face first into the elevator wall.
1:40
Winton posts 15,000 bail and with his head wrapped in guaze tells CBS 4 he acted like a "jerk."
Johnny Winton joke (Hey, it's my first draft):
Two guys walk into a sports bar. After running up a bar tab of two bills and getting thoroughly sloshed, they start yelling and abusing people. Two police officers arrive on the scene and try to apprehend the drunker guy. He head butts/shoulder rams one officer and puts a shoe to the other officers groin.
When taken to the station the drunk defends himself saying, "I'm surrounded by cheering fans, I see some guys in uniforms so I kick the ball and tackle a guy."
